Nancy Brown, owner of Hot Diggity Dog, Inc. was originally inspired by her aunt and uncle who gave shelter to animals of all kinds. She followed their path when she rescued and adopted her first dog, Digger, after whom Hot Diggity Dog, Inc. is named. She turned her passion into a business in 1991 and has been providing exceptional quality care for pets ever since.
Nancy is dedicated to creating awareness about the importance of no more homeless pets and owner pet safety education. She works continuessly with animal care and control officers and pet owners to research resources and to enhance proper pet ownership programs and events.
Recognition has been given to Hot Diggity Dog, Inc. in The Cleveland Plain Dealer, The Westlife, The Sun News Papers, Angies List and local government for their spirit of service in the Westshore communities for outstanding services, compassion to homeless animals and for providing donations for Hurricane Katrina's homeless pets.
